Local Shipping (Singapore)


We can deliver to any address in Singapore except the airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands, military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.


Your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from the date of your purchase. There is no delivery service on Sunday and public holidays. Delivery may take longer than seven (7) business days for items which are out of stock. We will contact you accordingly. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.


Online Price and Good & Service Tax (GST)


Online price is stated at ex GST. Prevailing GST rate of 7% will be charged on all orders delivered in Singapore only.


Free Shipping on order above S$120


All Singapore orders above S$120 (after discounts have been applied) enjoys FREE delivery. Any Singapore order amounting to S$120 or below (excluding GST) will incur a standard shipping charge of just S$4.00.

An order is placed when you go through the checkout process, made a successful payment and receive an order confirmation via email.

Duties & Taxes


There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order. As duties and taxes vary from country to country, they are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs Office for those charges, and any additional charges that may apply. We will not be responsible for the duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order.


Shipping Restrictions


Customers are responsible for making sure that they are allowed to import our dietary supplement product into their country. If Customs in your country returns your order to us for any reason, we will refund the total of your purchase minus twice your shipping charge (because we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return the order to us), plus any other charges incurred, such as quarantine or warehousing fees assessed by Customs in your country to your credit card account.


Processing & Delivery Time


Orders will be ready for shipping within two (2) business days from the time you make the purchase.


When your order is shipped by Speedpost or Singapore Post Air Parcel, you will receive an email with a receipt number and complete information on tracking of delivery service and progress. Please inform us if your package does not arrive after 30 days of shipment confirmation.




Your order is considered fulfilled once we pass on the package to SingPost. In the unlikely event that your order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, we will refer the issue to SingPost. For damages, please provide a description of the damage, a photograph and delivery receipt to us.
