What kills your good bacteria?

Most people don’t realize that probotics (good bacteria) are extremely vital to maintain one’s oral, gastric, intestinal and virginal health. They help shield you from illness and infections, too. Stress, illness and unhealthy lifestyle can reduce probiotics in the body. Researches suggest that good bacteria wiped out by antibiotics don’t replace themselves unless you intervene. It is advisable to replenish probiotics or good/friendly bacteria regularly through fermented food, fresh fruits and high quality probiotics supplement.
