Avoid spicy, greasy, cold raw food and do not drink concentrated tea or coffee on an empty stomach. Certain fruits such as persimmon, orange and lychee are best consumed after food as they may irritate an empty stomach.

 

Here is the recommended meal routine – start with soup or fresh juice and follow with carbohydrates and vegetable. Leave the protein-rich foods such as meat, eggs, and dairies to the last. In addition, it is best to supplement your diet with plenty of good bacteria and soluble and insoluble fibres to maintain a healthy digestive system. This is especially essential if you take antibiotics which will wipe out all the good bacteria in your body.
