More movement may lubricate your joints. Simple stretching exercises promote blood circulation and increase blood vessel elasticity. Couch potatoes and computer addicts who remain sedentary all day long should move around every few hours to prevent stiff joints and muscle pain.

 However, you should also be aware that extreme exercise or over training such as marathon over prolong period may make your body produce more free radicals and accelerate the aging process. It can also cause fatigue, break down of muscle tissues and fractures in bones. Make sure you do not overstrain yourself on exercises and ensure sufficient replenishment of essential nutrients for your body at the same time.
