It also helps to reduce pancreatitis, diabetes, gallstones, constipation and protect against other diseases. A healthy breakfast high in good protein and complex carbo such as whole meal bread, eggs, nuts and soya milk makes you less hungry and prevents food craving or binge eating, which may otherwise overload and damage the liver.
