Our brains need exercise just like any other muscle in the body.  The harder you think about a memory, the more likely you are to remember it accurately.  Thinking will create a stronger link between active neurons.  Engage yourself in games such as chess, crossword puzzles, board games and sudoku which help to stimulate your brain.
