An order is placed when you go through the checkout process all the way to successfully making your payment for the purchases. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
While we ship to addresses in Singapore and internationally, the terms below apply to deliveries to Singapore addresses only. Online price is stated at ex GST. Prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged on all order items delivered in Singapore only.
Shipping
We can deliver to any address in Singapore except the airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands, military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.
Your order will be fulfilled between 2 and 3 business days from the time you make the purchase. Delivery hours are between 9 am and 7 pm on business days. If an item is out-of-stock and you choose to wait for it, the delivery may be later than seven (7) business days. In such cases, we will contact you. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.
Charges
Orders will be shipped to addresses in Singapore at S$3.00 each if your total purchase is less than S$120. This shipping charge is waived for purchases over S$120 per order.
Returns
You may return any item purchased from Lifestream within fourteen (14) days of delivery. If you wish to return an item purchased from Lifestream, please notify us via email or telephone. While you do not need to give us a reason for the return, we do ask to be notified so we can look out for it and refund you accordingly. Any courier charges pertaining to the return will be borne by you.
The item you return must be in its original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable. We cannot accept returns of items if they show signs of having been used, unwrapped from its original packaging, damaged, or are with missing parts.
Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) business days of our receiving and accepting your returns. Refunds will be made through the issuance of store credits to your account with Lifestream if you pay by online credit card or Paypal, otherwise, refunds will be made by cheque. If you are returning a gift, purchased for you by someone else, we will issue the refund for the item to the gift giver. The refund will be made through the issuance of store credits to the gift giver's account with Lifestream. Hence, do let us know the rightful person to credit.
